Returns must be received within 14 days of the date your order ships out
Refunds will be given for the purchase price of the items (shipping/handling fees not refunded)
For refunds or exchanges the item must be in new, unused condition.
You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the item to us, and back to you if exchanging an item (unless defective)

Defective products / Wrong Product Sent

For the rare occasion that one of our products is defective contact us and we'll either replace the product or refund you.
If we decide to have you return the defective item we'll pay the shipping costs both ways.
If we have shipped you the wrong product we will correct the mistake at no cost to you.
It's very rare but mistakes can happen when shipping an order. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will correct any mistakes we make.

When returning your product we highly recommend using some form of tracking on the package, such as delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
